This has been a busy week! I have been working in the kitchen cooking up a storm, which is something I have never done on a worksite before. Doug has been working on Miss Jane's house all week. He has been putting up the vinyl siding. It's looking real nice. The inside is almost done too. We're planning to have a last nail ceremony there on Thursday. The weather was cool when we got here last week but has been beautiful the last few days. It's in the high 70's today with lots of sun. That's even worth the tired bones at the end of the day. The pictures along with this are of the three houses that our group worked on this week. Take care everyone and I'll write more later. Love, Doug & Mary

Hi Mom and Dad,
Glad to see you are having a good time and working hard. Mom, I would like to see you getting up at 5:30am! Of course you did it for us kids for over 20 years. Hope you have a good time.
John
Hi I tried to write you yesterday but off it went when I tried to send it. We are having a little snow and rain put not too bad. Sounds like things are going well. They always seem too. God is good. Have a great week. Love and prayers Dan and Gerda

Hi from cold, snowy, icy Michigan. So happy to see you are still blogging!! We love to read about what you are doing, and the pictures are great. Look for a new feature to appear on this blog soon...a slideshow of the photos you have uploaded! I might have that done by tonight. Don't worry, this does not require you to do anything at all--just keep doing what you are doing!
If you want to listen online to the sermons, go to the church site and go to "Sermons Online" (over on the right side of the home page), then go to the link that will let you listen to streaming audio. It is the bottom link of the two. See if it works. It should let you listen to the sermons quite fast if you have a high speed wireless connection. If it doesn't work and you want to figure it out, we'll show you when you get back to Michigan sometime.
Praying for your work down in Port Arthur and for safety as you travel.
Love,
Jason and Kathy
