This blog has been created so that we might be able to share the good news of the work that Christ is doing through us in local and global mission projects. Many of the projects have been coordinated through the CRWRC (Christian Reformed World Relief Committee) and Disaster Response Services (DRS) as well as other relief agencies.

Hi, Rich and Phyl! I see you are blogging!! GREAT! Keep up the good work on keeping us all informed. I am so glad to see you are getting the hang of it. Ran into Betty Vlietstra this week while having lunch in Kzoo with my dad-- told her you were blogging too! You'll have to share this site with her.
We will continue to pray for the work you are doing while you are in Slidell. God Bless!
Hi Rich and Phil. Very happy you got to Sidell. We are having a very good time. Dan and one of the guys started our 4th house yesterday. The beginning of the we ,3 woman, knocked all the walls out of a house. We have a fellow named Joel from the main office has spent yhe week with us. He is only 28 so was a plus with helping get the ceiling down. We have a great group. Lots of laughs. Have a wonder time. Will write again in a few days. Love and prayers. Dan and gerda
We're starting to look at Spring Break mission trips and maybe we can come to visit. God bless you guys and your work. Thanks for being our rep's in this important work. Randy
Hi guys! we made it home about 9:00 Sun. pm. It's hard to let Slidell rest- the last two nights I have ben working pretty hard during the night on Miss Frances' house trying to get it done. Funny thing is I don't remember what I did in the am- only that I'm tired. How are your meals there? Is she feeding you good? Tell her "hello" from me. Love, Mary
